jasmine trias is better than any 'politico'!
i admire jasmine trias not because i like her voice or something... i knew that she would not win american idol... not that i doubt her talent or what but they just wouldnt make her win... thats it... that is AMERICAN Idol... not PHILIPPINE Idol... so why would they let a Filipina be an American Idol... that would be a big insult on the part of the Americans...
enough of the blahs...
JASMINE TRIAS did a far beter job in uniting our very divided country... she proved to everyone that she can unite our people... she made us one... at least for quite sometime... she has done something that no other 'politico' has ever done...
to jasmine... congratulations...
to the supporters... quit complaining as to why she was out of the series... that is not our Philippine politics... that is american idol... there is always a winner and the losers... unlike our politics.... nobody ever lost the election... they are always cheated...
somehow the two things that i am proud of:
1. we can unite if we want to....
2. our local talents have been proving that they can compete globally... only our 'kababayans' do not appreciate them... like in the case of philippine movies... 'bayaning third world" was a hit in other countries... garnered awards... but failed in the philippine box office... so is the case of "the debut"... however, this time , in jasmine's case... she succeeded!
